Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act Changes and Updates

During the last legislative session, the Minnesota legislature made two significant changes to the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act, Minn. Stat. § 515B ("MCIOA") that will affect all common interest communities subject to that law.
