I joined SJJ in 2019. I have a law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. I had two kids during law school, so after graduating, I decided not to pursue being a lawyer. I previously worked at a wealth management firm working with high net worth individuals, as a medical device sales rep, and eventually returned to coaching gymnastics when my kids became competitive gymnasts. As a coach, I coached a handful of National Champions and dozens of full-scholarship gymnasts. I was a full-scholarship gymnast for the University of Missouri where I broke the school floor record, was a two-time Academic All-American, and the Big 12 Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Now that my kids have moved on to other sports, I decided to return to the legal world as a paralegal.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family playing all kinds of sports, swimming in the pool, and playing piano. I’ve also been in four theater shows and choreographed eight shows, and hope to return to the theater now that I have more time.
