“When a client becomes involved in a dispute with their own insurance company, the process can be bewildering for a number of reasons. I use my experience as a former insurance defense attorney to make the process more manageable. I believe effective advocacy starts with a solid understanding of client concerns, continues with prompt communication and careful planning, and finishes with hard work and zealous advocacy of client interests.”
Jeff Woltjen joined SJJ in October 2017. Jeff has been exposed to a wide array of practice areas and venues, most of which have centered around insurance disputes and coverage issues.
